123bd Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use for Bangladesh Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 123bd ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with 123bd, including but not limited to account registration and management, use of betting and gaming products, participation in promotions and bonuses, financial transactions, and use of customer support services.

123bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 123bd after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall take precedence. Translations provided for convenience (if any) do not constitute legally binding versions.

123bd is an online casino and sports betting platform. By using the platform, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are accessing the platform entirely of your own free will and in compliance with all applicable local laws. 123bd does not warrant the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any player who uses the platform in breach of applicable local laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

To be eligible to register and use 123bd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity acting in a representative capacity).
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 123bd or had an account closed for misconduct.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of 123bd or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have not been diagnosed with, and are not currently being treated for, a gambling addiction, unless you have obtained explicit clearance from a qualified medical professional.

123bd employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that may require you to submit government-issued photo identification (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address or payment method ownership. We reserve the right to request these documents at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected on your account.

If verification documents are not provided within the timeframe specified in our request, 123bd reserves the right to restrict account activity, withhold pending withdrawals, and ultimately close the account. Funds held in an unverified account may be returned to the original depositing payment method after applicable deductions.

Any player found to be under the age of 18 at any time will have their account immediately closed. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned where reasonably possible. Any winnings accrued will be forfeited in full. 123bd may also report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law or regulation.

To access the full range of 123bd products and services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) 123bd account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity documents — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 123bd reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts. Any bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided, and affected balances may be reduced accordingly.

Account Credentials & Password Security

Upon registration you will create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 123bd strongly recommends using a strong, unique password not used on any other platform, and enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must not share your account credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.

123bd will never request your password through any channel, including email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purportedly from 123bd requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless and until you notify 123bd of a security breach and we confirm receipt of that notification. Upon receiving notice of unauthorised access, 123bd will take reasonable steps to secure the account, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

Account Accuracy & Updates

You must promptly update your account information if any details change. In particular, changes to your mobile number linked to your bKash or Nagad payment method must be updated before initiating any new withdrawal. 123bd accepts no responsibility for failed transactions resulting from outdated account information provided by the player.

123bd processes all financial transactions through approved Bangladeshi mobile financial service (MFS) providers. The currently supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. 123bd reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200.
• Maximum single deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 123bd balance within 30 seconds of confirmed receipt from your MFS provider.
• 123bd does not charge fees on deposits. Your MFS provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 123bd bears no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed and the account being flagged for review.

Withdrawals

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account number used to make your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed the following business day.
• 123bd reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawals are not permitted on balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements where a bonus is active on the account.

Anti-Money Laundering

123bd is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required under applicable law. Players found to be engaging in any form of financial crime through the 123bd platform will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation. 123bd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in all such matters.

123bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including BPL T20 and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to these General Bonus Terms unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's individual terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are awarded in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and credited to your 123bd bonus balance.
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds, once the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met, may be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Standard wagering requirement: 35× the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Sports betting contributions are stated in promotion-specific terms.
• A maximum bet limit of ৳500 per spin or hand applies while a bonus is active on your account. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses must be wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited to your account. Unmet wagering requirements after this period result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any one time. You must complete or forfeit your current bonus before activating a new one.
• 123bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Any attempt to exploit bonuses or circumvent wagering requirements — including through arbitrage betting, coordinated play, or abuse of promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and complete their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the 123bd welcome bonus of 150% up to ৳15,000. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is ৳500. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Players who have previously held a 123bd account under any identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

As a condition of using the 123bd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with fair play principles. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false information — including false name, date of birth, address, or payment account ownership details at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account use.
• Underage access — accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under the age of 18, or assisting any person under 18 to do so.
• Multiple accounts — registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one 123bd account in any form.
• Automated software — using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, automated betting software, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino table games, poker, or sports betting markets.
• Exploitation of errors — deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, display errors, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error are void.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider on a transaction that was legitimately processed by 123bd. Any player initiating a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and the chargeback amount offset against any withdrawable balance.
• Money laundering — using the 123bd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine recreational gaming activity.
• Threatening or abusive conduct — engaging in threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful communication directed at 123bd staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the platform.
• Intellectual property infringement — reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any 123bd content, branding, software, or game content without express written consent.

123bd reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account may be temporarily restricted. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, 123bd may take any or all of the following actions: void affected bets or gaming rounds; forfeit bonus funds and associated winnings; reverse or withhold withdrawals; permanently close the account; and/or refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Closure by the Player

You may request to close your 123bd account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 123bd will process any pending withdrawals of verified, withdrawable funds before closing the account. Closure requests cannot be processed if there are open bets, active bonus wagering requirements, or pending KYC verification on the account. Once an account is closed at the player's request, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.

Players who are concerned about problem gambling may request self-exclusion, which results in the account being suspended for a defined period (minimum 7 days, up to permanent). Suspension or Closure by 123bd

123bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from a third-party responsible gaming organisation covering the player.
• A court order, regulator direction, or other legal obligation requiring account closure.

In the event of closure by 123bd for breach of Terms, any balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and void winnings) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Where no financial wrongdoing is established, legitimate deposited funds may be returned to the player's registered payment method after applicable deductions.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login or transaction activity has occurred for 12 consecutive months. 123bd will send a notification email to the registered address before applying a dormancy policy. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs, continuing until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 123bd, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, partners, game providers, and payment processors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses sustained through gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform or any specific game or market.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or banking infrastructure.
• Loss of data, account information, or access resulting from circumstances outside 123bd's reasonable control, including but not limited to cyberattacks, force majeure events, or telecommunications outages.
• Decisions made by game providers regarding game outcomes, rule interpretations, or technical resolutions — game providers' decisions are final in respect of game outcomes.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the 123bd platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional descriptions.

123bd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will operate without interruption or error, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform and its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 123bd's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 123bd's aggregate liability to any individual player exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 123bd account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 123bd operates.
